Bipolar I & II + Depression Support Group
A therapist-led, process-oriented group for adults navigating mood disorders.
This ongoing support group is designed for individuals living with Bipolar I, Bipolar II, and/or Major Depressive Disorder who are seeking meaningful connection, increased emotional insight, and evidence-based support in a structured yet nonjudgmental environment. Whether you’re recently diagnosed or have been managing symptoms for years, this group offers space to explore your experience with others who understand the complexity of mood disorders.
Sessions are process-oriented, which means they focus less on “fixing” and more on exploring patterns, understanding emotional shifts, reducing isolation, and strengthening your ability to manage symptoms with greater self-awareness. Common themes that arise include navigating mood cycles, relationships, medication journeys, work-life balance, stigma, identity, and self-compassion.
Each group session is therapist-facilitated and may include light psychoeducation, reflective discussion, optional somatic grounding, and space for emotional processing. Members are welcome to participate at their own pace and in whatever way feels safe for them.
