Neurodivergent Group
Support Group
This ongoing support group is designed for neurodivergent adults—whether self-identified or formally diagnosed—who are seeking a safe, affirming space to explore identity, celebrate strengths, and work through daily challenges related to neurodivergence.
Led by a licensed therapist with experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, the group focuses on fostering community, reducing isolation, and providing tools to navigate life with greater self-understanding and confidence. Topics often include emotional regulation, masking and unmasking, sensory sensitivity, executive functioning, interpersonal relationships, and boundaries—all through a neuro-affirming lens.
Participants are encouraged to show up as they are. The group is structured to be flexible, inclusive, and welcoming to those with varying communication and processing styles. Each session may include discussion, optional sharing, guided somatic practices (like grounding or breathwork), and psychoeducation.
